I pride myself in offering value for money and quality of service. I do not charge a high one session fee with no follow up.
Each client is different and therefore it is necessary to gain all the relevant information and offer follow up sessions and support for ongoing success.
I therefore encourage clients to obtain a course of 3 sessions comprising of the initial assessment , main intervention session, and a follow up session at a timescale to suit ie it could be in a few weeks or even up to a years time to act as a re-inforcement of achievements.
